Boston's South End - Work in Progress

This is a sketch for a pen and ink/watercolor painting I'm working on. I was hoping to have it completed by now but best laid plans and all...I've decided to post a step by step of my progress instead.

    Like the composition a lot. What media will you be using, Miss Twitchell?

    I plan on using pen and ink and watercolor. I've got quite a bit of the ink portion done...I'll probably scan and post that tomorrow.
